Dr Dingman was raised in upstate New York. She attended The Johns Hopkins University. She then attended the State University of New York and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and received the Janet M Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation from the American Women’s Medical Association. Dr Dingman then completed her medical training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She feels fortunate to have been trained by several leaders who have been recognized for their contributions to the field of rheumatology. Dr Dingman has resided in the Treasure Valley since 2008 with her husband and two children.

Dr. Dingman is a dedicated and passionate rheumatologist focused on advancing the practice of rheumatology nationwide, with a particular emphasis on improving adherence to the latest standards of practice. She has been an active volunteer with the American College of Rheumatology (ACR), contributing her expertise in various capacities to help shape the future of the field.

Dr. Dingman has held several leadership roles, including:

  • Quality Measures Subcommittee Member and Co-Lead of the Measure Gaps Workgroup, where she played a key role in creating a roadmap for futre quality measurement in rheumatology
  • Co-Lead of the Lupus Nephritis Workgroup, which is dedicated to establishing quality metrics aimed at improving the care of patients with Lupus and Lupus nephritis.  Diagnostic Feedback in Clinical Registries Implementation Grants Awarded – CMSS
  • Member of the ACR Annual Meeting Planning Committee, contributing to the organization and development of one of the most influential meetings in the rheumatology field.

Her leadership and advocacy for quality care continue to drive improvements in patient outcomes and the field of rheumatology.

Dr. Solich is from the Black Hills and completed medical school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where she completed her internal medicine residency, served one year as a chief resident, followed by her rheumatology fellowship at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. Dr. Solich chose rheumatology because of the exciting new treatments to help patients return to a more functional, active lifestyle. Dr. Solich and her family love the outdoors and Idaho. They have lived in the Treasure Valley for more than ten years.
