Welcome to our New Rheumatology Office
We are so glad that you are interested in receiving care with us. We are looking forward to meeting you and helping you achieve better health.
We are a referral based clinic. This means that if your PCP (primary care provider) or referring provider feels that you would benefit from a rheumatology consultation then that office should send a referral with your pertinent medical records (notes, labs and imaging). This allows us to provide the most optimal evaluation and assessment at your initial visit.
We plan to start scheduling new patient referrals in March 2023 as we are currently scheduling patients who have previously received care from one of us at St Luke’s. This is due to the limited availability of rheumatologists in the area.
Attention: For those patients who have previously received care at St Luke’s Rheumatology
Some of you may have already received care from one of us in one of our previous locations at St Luke’s Rheumatology (Boise, Meridian or Eagle). We value our relationship with you and look forward to continuing to provide care for you in the future.
If you would like to continue receiving care with Dr Solich or Dingman, then a new referral would not be needed. It is of the utmost importance to us that your disease remains well managed. However, in order for us to be able to provide ongoing care, it is necessary that you become established in our new practice, Treasure Valley Rheumatology. This will require an office visit. This will provide opportunity to update your medical records in our new electronic health system, review laboratory monitoring and provide appropriate medications. This is necessary to ensure safety and quality of care.
If you are a previous St. Lukes Rheumatology patient, you will not need to request your records. We will obtain all records from St. Lukes.
